Booths
When created, a few other pieces of information are going to be requested: the booth’s logo, contact information as well as various options (also configurable in the back office, and more detailed in the Event’s website Options section).
The organizer will also be able to select the “Highlight on landing page” option, which will make the booth appear not only in the “Booths” tab of the event’s website, but also on the homepage.
Once the booth is created, more pictograms will be added to the top banner:
- The information tab with the description configured during the creation / editing of the booth
- The content tabs are identical to the other spaces
- The statistics tab to access the detailed statistics of the booth (also visible in the back office cf Statistics)
- The customization tab where the organizer or exhibitors (depending on the rights granted) will be able to set up the background visual of the booth
To create the booth model (background visual, which will be reflected in the thumbnail), there are 3 steps:
- Select the booth template
- Integrate visuals:
- 2 vertical posters of 500 x 1000 pixels, colorized in RGB mode, in JPG format
- 1 horizontal poster of 1200 x 675 pixels, colorized in RGB, in JPG format
- 1 dominant color of your choice (in RGB format)
- 1 logo in PNG format, preferably with transparency (alpha channel)
- Select avatar: list of animated avatars, all available in 3 outfits (casual, everyday wear, business)
Once these 3 steps are completed, the organizer or exhibitor (depending on the choices made by the organizer) can apply the model to see the final effect.
Can then be requested a premium rendering for an optimized visual. Beware, Premium rendering involves an additional cost of €50 per booth. If the request is sent by the exhibitor, the organizer will need to confirm the request from the “Booths” tab of the dashboard before it is sent to the graphic designer. Once the premium rendering is in place, you will not be able to make any changes (outside from the avatar) without requesting it from your project manager, any requests will involve additional fees.
