The external link room

The external link room represents a clickable thumbnail, which will open a link in a new tab.

It can be used for example for webinars scheduled on external video conferencing solutions (Teams, Zoom, etc.), or to highlight a sponsor’s website.

To create it, you just have to fill in the name of the room, the desired link, and the text of the banner that will appear on the thumbnail (for example “Join us”).
