Compatibility of the platform

Our platform is compatible with all current browsers except Internet Explorer.
AppyFair is a responsive platform and therefore adapts to all screen formats and devices.
Beware, however, that the use of VPNs may alter certain features.

Domain name customization

You must first ensure that you have purchased the domain name you wish to set up your event on and inform your project manager to set up a redirection.

The domain name is then redirected in part 2 of the back office steps (Custom url).

  • You can then enter the name of the subdomain directly in the field provided for this purpose in the back office (final URL of the show without the ‘https’ and ‘www’)
  • You must then send the information provided to your IT department to configure the DNS for this domain name to point them to our server (by making type A and AAAA registrations with the information provided in the back office)
  • Finally, once the DNS has been configured, you can click on “I have correctly configured my DNS”, we will then take care of setting up the security certificate and the redirection will be effective

Mailing server

Many automatic emails are sent from the platform (confirmation of registration, appointment, conference registration, etc.).

So that visitors and exhibitors receive all of these emails (especially within the framework of the even), you can send your IT department the IP address of the sending server and the sending email address which are entered directly in the back office.

To find the information allowing us to switch our email sending server to the whitelist, also go to step 2 of the back office . There will be indicated the IP address of the sending server as well as the sending address to be transmitted to your IT department.
