Dashboards
The dashboards allow the organizer to have an overview of their fair, and the content or spaces they have added to it.
In the position on the fair tab, it is possible to move the spaces in and out of rooms and organize as you wish thanks to a simple drag and drop.
The other tabs give global figures and statistics on the rooms, booths and other spaces. Each summary table can be downloaded in CSV format to allow the organizer to make internal reports easily.
The tables also offer quick shortcuts to the statistics pages for each space.

In the “Booths” tab, you will be able to have an overview of all the booths on your platform, the “booth background status” section allows you to check the status of the visuals of the booths. If you have left the hand to the exhibitors and they have made a request for premium rendering, this is where you will be able to accept it, once this request is made and the background is in place, the price displayed will adjust with the additional 50 € for a premium rendering.
If this request is made at the booth by someone with organizer status, validation will not be required. Once the premium rendering is in place, you will be able to redesign your booth image if you wish, by clicking on “Restart my layout”. Any new premium rendering request will be subject to additional billing.
In the “Conferences” tab, you will be able to find the number of conferences available on your show and their costs.
